Overview
What can I expect to find in Math Courses?
These are standards-aligned, research- and evidence-based digital courses, using a multisensory approach to real-world math problem-solving.
Are the lessons differentiated for unique learners?
Yes! The courses are differentiated at three levels, presented in a math skill continuum building on previously mastered concepts.
What level of teacher involvement is required?
These lessons include teacher-facilitated, guided instruction; student-led, independent practice activities; and prescriptive assessments. Math Courses support a process allowing learners to exercise greater independence as they progress and build on previously mastered skills.
Integration with the Unique Learning System curriculum
How are Math Courses different from thematic units in Unique Learning System?
Math Courses provide additional math resources and supplemental instruction based on prescriptive foundational skill building. These courses work together to provide instructional opportunities that align with students’ IEP goals.
What you get now
What lessons are in Math Courses?
You will see new, interactive games and activities that expand students’ problem solving and engagement opportunities. Enhanced visuals include 3D, realistic, and diverse images that promote multisensory learning.
